Gunpowder tea is dried slowly in rotating drums into a very tightly-rolled ball. A well noticeable, rich, nutty green tea with an oaky aroma, it has a slightly dry and fresh flavour. For a classic North African-style taste, a steep with a handful of fresh mint is suggested.
