Hand-picked from unattended 80- to 100-year-old tea trees, these cakes are expertly hand-processed and offer a classic Yiwu mountain taste often described as a balance of light fruitiness, leafy, woody, and malty notes, a full-of-mouth feel, and a strong and sweet aroma. This cake is one of our more pungent-style raw cakes, yet it still offers fruity notes with a lingering, soft finish.
