Bai Mu Tan (100g)

A white tea named after "white peony flower", produced in China’s Fujian province. The terminal bud and two leaves are plucked only in spring. The leaves are then dried in the sun or closed rooms with no other processing. The infusion is a delicate orange, and the tea has a pleasant, mild flavour.
