GABA (100g) (Taiwanese oolong)

This tea was introduced and developed in Taiwan following Japanese research on the GABA molecule during the 1980s. Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a chemical made in the brain. An inhibitory neurotransmitter, GABA reduces a nerve cell's ability to send and receive chemical messages throughout the central nervous system. GABA is an amino acid that helps regulate mood; hence, GABA is at times referred to as the calming neurotransmitter. It is known for lowering stress and anxiety.
