Born in the damper parts of South Africa between areas of Knysna, George and Plettenberg Bay, Honeybush has sweet and earthy elements representing water, which complements the fiery rooibos from the high Cederberg mountains. Honeybush is wet and earthy whereas rooibos is dry and woody with tinges of citrus orange, and the composition of both shows the ultimate proof of the best of friends.
