Pu-Erh is formally known and grown in the Chinese province of Yunnan. It is well-known in Asia for its medicinal properties. Undergoing a unique process - the leaves are pressed and experience an unusually long fermentation period before being cellared and re-fermented under humid conditions, sometimes for several years. Top-quality Pu-Erh teas are sold at auction for high prices. When flavoured with famous yellow or red chrysanthemum flowers, an infusion of perfection is discovered to combine the worlds of earthiness and sweet floral scents, making this a lovely infusion for a tired or sick body and great for cold days.
